Welcome! If you are new to the this Committee, please be sure you have visited, read, and understand the requirements of our volunteers

by visiting our Volunteers Page.

The committee is responsible for coordinating the design and publication of the Musical Playbill.  Responsibilities include the accurate compilation of names of cast and crew, directors, volunteers, parent ads and “shout-outs.”  The Program Designer and Ad Sales Chair will work closely to ensure the procurement and accurate placing of ads.  Volunteers are needed to solicit ads from local businesses.  Responsibilities start in early December and end on opening night.
